Delete your Dinetap account

Permanent For people using the Dinetap App to find somewhere to eat

From inside the app

You can delete your account yourself, without contacting anyone:

  1. Open the Dinetap App and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Edit Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Permanently Delete Account.
  4. Slide to confirm on the screen that follows.

What happens to your data

Deletion is permanent. Your account and the data attached to it are removed and cannot be recovered afterwards, so you will not be able to sign back in or restore anything by creating a new account with the same details. If you only want to stop using the app, you can delete it from your phone and leave the account in place.

Cannot get into the app?

If you have lost access to the device or the number you signed up with, you do not have to get back in to delete the account. Email support@dinetap.com from the address on the account, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will verify you and delete it for you.
